Rain, cold and expected gusts of 30+ knots per hour held back some Chester Race Week fleets, but others headed out on the water to finish their races on the fourth and final day of the regatta hosted by Chester Yacht Club in Nova Scotia, Canada from August 16-19. In the three-boat J/70 one-design fleet, Joyridin’ led by Graeme Carr won every race to claim victory with 11 net points.
