The fifth and final act of the Barcelona J/70 Winter Sportboat Series in Barcelona, Spain is in the books. In the end, the Real Çlub Nautico de Barcelona managed to run 29 races in their monthly races. In the J/70 fleet, it was Javier Scherk on GUNTER who won the final weekend, with a 1-1-2-6-1 tally to win by a large margin. Finishing second for the weekend and winning the overall series was Luis Albert Solana skippering PATAKIN from Club de Mar Palma Mallorca. Second for the Winter Series was Massimo Rama’s JENIALE EUROSYSTEM. Rounding out the podium overall was David Marco’s REBUFF from RCN Barcelona.
