The first division of the Norwegian Sailing League sailed their third act at the seaside town of Larvik. After sailing just 11 races, is was the Arendals SF that easily won by virtue of winning 8 of their 11 races. In behind them, a lot was at stake for the overall series lead between Moss SF and KNS (Kongelig Norsk Seilforening). Both teams started the regatta in first and second place for the series, and both desperately wanted to defend their positions heading into the final series being sailed at Moss on September 8-9. Moss managed to sail well and took second in the Larvik event. Meanwhile, KNS took a 13th place. As a result of the weekend’s final standings, Moss SF continues to lead the overall series with a first in Oslo, first in Sandefjord and a second in Larvik for 4 points total. Jumping into second place for the series is Asgardstrand SF with a 6-3-4 record in the three venues for 13 points total. KNS now sits with a series scoreline of 2-2-13 for 17 points total.
