From September 19-22, 2019, a brand new open international regatta will be held in Sevastopol Russia. The Sevastopol International Cup will become the major part of the Sailing Week of Sevastopol. The regatta will be held on J/70s with on-the-water umpiring. This sailing event will be organized by the Sevastopol Sailing Federation and National Sailing League. International status of the regatta will be provided by participation of up to 10 foreign teams that will lead to growth. A massive prize pool of 600 000 RUB will be split between the first three winners. The Sevastopol International Cup will be one of the brightest and spectacular events of the 2019 sailing season.
